Frequently Asked Questions

How many guests can I bring?

You are welcome to bring 2 adult guests to sit with you during your procedure.

Can I bring food & drinks?

For your convenience, we have a bench in front of the shop for eating & lounging. Food may be consumed in our waiting area but not behind the counter. Small amounts of non-messy snacks (like candy bars & chips) & a drink with a spill-proof lid may be brought back with you to the procedure area.

Can we use my own jewelry?

We only work with jewelry that is specifically for body piercing, and can safely be sterilized. If you have jewelry that was purchased from us or another reputable studio we can use this; however we will need time to sterilize your jewelry. Make sure you are prepared for the added wait time for your procedure.

What is the minimum age to be tattooed or pierced?

Clients must be at least 18 to get tattooed. We will not accept parental consent for minors. Come back on your 18th birthday and we'll celebrate together!

For piercings, the minimum age is 16 with proper documentation.

What documents are needed for minors aged 16-17 to be pierced?

Minors getting pierced must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and need one unexpired form of the following:
  • State issued photo ID
  • Driver's License
  • Learner's Permit
  • Passport
  • School ID from the current year.
If you only have a school ID, you'll need to also bring a birth certificate.

If the minor's last name or address do not match that of the parent or legal guardian, you'll need to also bring a birth certificate or guardianship paperwork.

What happens if I miss my tattoo appointment?

We understand that life happens sometimes but we also must balance that with a way to reduce missed appointments, which hurts the artist by wasting a time slot someone else could use. This is why we require a $103 deposit for all appointments. If you reschedule or cancel within 48 hours of your appointment (or miss it entirely) the artist may keep your deposit. Contact your tattoo artist as soon as you know you can't make it.

Can I bring children with me to the appointment?

Although we're sure they're adorable, the nature of our business requires children have an additional responsible adult with them in the waiting area to tend to their needs for the entire duration of your visit. Children are not permitted in the procedure area, so the client receiving services cannot properly watch them. If you cannot arrange for childcare, please reschedule.

How many piercings can I get per visit?

We usually will only do 3 piercings in one sitting. Piercing pairs such as earlobes or nipples count as one piercing. Some piercings are harder to heal than others so we can advise you on this once you are in the shop.

What documents are needed for 18+ to be tattooed or pierced?

Clients aged 18 and up only need one unexpired form of the following:
  • State issued photo ID
  • Driver's License
  • Passport
