Due to the nature of our business, all tattoo and piercing product sales, including, but not limited to jewelry and aftercare products, are final and no returns or refunds will be granted.

Appointment cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours prior to the appointment with a full refund of the deposit granted. Cancellations initiated within 48 hours of the appointment will result in a loss of the deposit.
